These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. If you are parking a large van, truck, or SUV, there will be an additional oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $15/day if you paid a standard oversize fee with your SpotHero reservation, or $30/day if you did not.

Enter this location at 180 Worth St. This is the 170 Park Row valet garage, operated by iPark. It is located on the south side of Worth St. between Mulberry St. and Baxter St. The entrance is marked by a white 'Park' sign with red lettering.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
