Enter this location at 11 E 9th St. This is the entrance address for the 1001 S State St garage, operated by Metropolis. It is located on the south side of E 9th St. between S State St. and S Holden Ct. The entrance is marked by white 'Self Park' lettering.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will issue a ticket. Once you pull the ticket, the gate will lift and you are free to enter. You can insert the ticket to exit, or scan your QR code to exit. If the LOT FULL sign is on, please proceed past it and use the call button to enter. Let the representative know you're a SpotHero customer. Online customers will have a space!
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- You can insert the ticket to exit or scan your QR code to exit at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
