This Garage is located behind the building of 21-21 31st St., also referred to as The Rowan. From the intersection of 31st St. and Ditmars Blvd., head Southeast on Ditmars Blvd. towards 32nd St. Turn Left to get behind the building of 21-21 31st St. on 32nd St Head North through the 32nd St. until you reach the garage behind 21-21 31st St.
Approach any of the Garage Bays/Doors with a Green LED arrow, and the door will open automatically.
Park your vehicle in the center of the vehicle platform, following the guidance on the LCD Screen/Monitor. Once the instructions indicate "Stop," stop and wait for confirmation of a "Good Position." You may need to fold the side view mirrors before entering the bay to get a good position.
Please turn off the car and lock it, keeping the keys with you at all times.
Please go to the garage lobby/waiting room.
Find the dedicated drop-off kiosk for the bay you are using (Bay 1 drop-off kiosk or Bay 2 drop-off kiosk).
Press "E-ticket" at the bottom right of the kiosk and follow the on-screen instructions. Enter your phone number or email address, confirm your details, and have your license plate information ready. Please wait and ensure you receive the QR ticket.

To pick up:
Return to the garage lobby/waiting room via the pedestrian door on 31st Street.
Locate the keypad next to the garage entrance on 31st Street and enter your 4-digit pin for the pedestrian door, followed by the # symbol. You can find this code on your E-ticket.
Go to one of the "Pick up Kiosks," tap the screen to wake it up, press "E-ticket" at the bottom right, and scan your QR ticket. The screen will display, “Thank you, your car is on the way.”
