Enter this location at 319 N Lower Stetson Dr. This underground garage is operated by LAZ Parking Facility. Please note - GPS can be unreliable on the lower level streets of Chicago, please familiarize yourself with the directions below:
From Michigan Ave: Follow N Michigan Ave north until you reach E South Water St (just past E Lake St) and take a right. E South Water St continues underground; follow it until you reach Lower Stetson, where you will take a left. The garage will be immediately on your right. Look for the blue and white sign saying "Hyatt Parking" You must park in the East Tower Garage.
From Columbus Dr: Head north on Upper Columbus Dr (from E Randolph St) and turn left to the ramp on East South Water St. Follow the down ramp and immediately turn right onto Lower Stetson Ave. The garage will be immediately on your right. Look for the blue and white sign saying "Hyatt Parking" You must park in the East Tower Garage.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, see the cashier at the EAST Tower garage. There you will hand the valet your ticket you received upon entrance as well as your SpotHero Confirmation.
- The valet will retrieve your car and you're ready to go!
