Enter this location at 235 N LOWER Columbus Dr. This is an ABM Parking garage for the 303 E Wacker Building, also known as Three Illinois Center. Please note: The garage entrance is on LOWER N Columbus Dr, not to be confused with parking for the Aqua Building.
From N Upper Columbus Dr, turn west onto the ramp to East South Water St. If you are traveling north, you will turn left. If you are traveling south, you will turn right. Follow the down ramp and immediately take a u-turn left onto Lower Water St, going east. You will reach the intersection of Lower Columbus and Lower Water. Instead of turning onto Lower Columbus, the garage will be straight ahead.
From the intersection of N Michigan Ave. and S Water St. travel east, and enter "underground" Lower Water St. Continue on Lower Water St, cross Lower Stetson and continue underground until you reach the Lower Columbus/Lower Water St intersection. Instead of turning onto Lower Columbus, the garage will be straight ahead.
The garage has a blue and white sign labeled “303 E Wacker Parking Garage”.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
Please Note: For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
