Enter this location at 10 S West St. (JW Marriott). This is the entrance for 501 W Washington St. (Fairfield Inn) garage, operated by Towne. It is located on the West side of S West St. between W Washington St. and W Maryland St. You can only access this location traveling South on S West St.
- Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When you're ready to leave, show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering. The valet office is located by the front-drive, attached to the front entrance of the hotel. Show the pass to the cashier in the valet booth who will assist with validation to get out. If the valet is not present please visit the hotel concierge to get your ticket validated.
- The attendant will validate your ticket and you're free to go!
