The garage grille gates may be down outside of normal business hours - you can still enter and exit normally by scanning your QR code at the terminal outside of the entrance grille gate.

The address of the entrance to the Poydras Center's garage is 511 Camp St. - the building's official address is 650 Poydras St. The garage entrance is on the left side of Camp St. (one-way), immediately before the intersection of Camp and Poydras.The entrance ramp into the garage is on the LEFT, and the exit ramp is on the right.
Ensure that you are entering AT or AFTER the starting time on your reservation. Your reservation will not be valid prior to the starting time.
At the entrance gate, hold your QR code 1-2 inches away from the red laser scanner.
If your reservation is valid, the gate will open automatically - you will NOT be issued a ticket.
You may park in any space not labeled POOL or RESERVED.
When exiting, hold your QR code 1-2 inches away from the red laser scanner.
If you are exiting before the ending time on your reservation, the gate will open automatically.
If you are exiting AFTER the ending time on your reservation, you will be prompted to pay the posted hourly rates, starting at the end time of your reservation.
If you purchased a reservation with IN & OUT privileges, your QR code will continue to allow multiple entries and exits WITHIN the start and end time of your reservation.
