The GPS address of the Hancock Whitney Center's garage is 484 Carondelet St. The building's official address is 701 Poydras St. The garage entrance is on the RIGHT side of Carondelet St. (one-way) about 100 feet past the intersection of Carondelet and Poydras.
Ensure that you are entering AT or AFTER the starting time on your reservation. Your reservation will not be valid prior to the starting time.
At the entrance gate, hold your QR code 1-2 inches away from the red laser scanner.
If your reservation is valid, the gate will open automatically - you will NOT be issued a ticket.
You may park in any space not labeled RESERVED - level 5 or higher.
When exiting, hold your QR code 1-2 inches away from the red laser scanner.
If you are exiting before the ending time on your reservation, the gate will open automatically.
If you are exiting AFTER the ending time on your reservation, you will be prompted to pay the posted hourly rates, starting at the end time of your reservation.
If your reservation was booked to include IN & OUT privileges, you will be able to scan your QR code multiple times at the entry and exit between the START and END dates & times in your reservation.
