Enter this location at 422 Frelinghuysen Ave. This is the Pink Elephant Long Term Parking lot, operated by Pink Elephant Long Term Parking. It is located on the East side of Frelinghuysen Ave. between Noble St. and Victoria St.
When entering the facility, pull into the entry lane and scan your SpotHero reservation from your phone. The gate will open and you may enter. Find an open spot to self park your car. Walk to the nearest shuttle stop, and a bus will pick you up shortly. Make sure your car is parked centered in a spot or you may have to pay for 2 spots!
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- THE SHUTTLE LEAVES THE LOT EVERY 30 MINUTES, AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF EACH HOUR. The driver of the bus will give you a card with all directions for picking up your vehicle when you return. If it's easier, just take a picture of both sides of the card so you have it with you.
- Upon return, no need to call. Simply follow directions on the card out to the pick-up area. Our shuttles leave the Pink Elephant lot every 30 minutes at the top and botton of each hour, so you can time your pick up accordingly. The shuttle will drop you directly at your car.
- Follow the signs to the facility EXIT. Enter either exit lane, scan your SpotHero reservation and the gate will open to let you out unless a balance is due because you overstayed your reservation time. If your return plans change while traveling, there's no need to contact us. All adjustments can be handled upon exit.
