The entrance to the garage is at 3201 New Mexico Avenue NW on the east side of the street. This is an Atlantic Parking garage just blocks from the campus of American University. Make sure to look for the sign that says "Student Center 3201" and then proceed to drive through the tunnel.
- Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When you're ready to leave, show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
