Enter this location at 145 Smith Ave. N. This is the Smith Avenue Transit Center ramp (#151), operated by Reef. It is located on the northwest side of Smith Ave. N between Kellogg Blvd. and W 5th St. The entrance is marked by a blue 'P' sign with white lettering.
