- Depending on parking occupancy, this garage may become valet and you may be asked to leave your keys with the attendant.

- Make sure to return to your car within 1 hour of the event ending or your car will be inaccessible until the next day.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you are parking here for an event at Capital One Arena, please be aware that there may be a 20-30 minute wait to enter or exit the garage during peak event times. We recommend allowing extra time for delays due to the extra volume and traffic.
- There are two LAZ garages on this side of the street, be careful to park in the garage in the red brick building closest to 6th St NW. This is NOT 616 E St NW (Penn Square).
- This garage will stay open for the entirety of all Verizon Center events, BUT will close 1 hour after the event ends.
- This location may have adjusted hours or staffing on federal holidays. While we do our best to keep customers informed of changes in facility operations, if you are parking on a federal holiday, please confirm the operational hours with the facility.

Enter this location at 600 E St NW. This is a LAZ Parking facility on the south side of E St. between 6th and 7th Streets NW next to the 600 E St NW building (red brick) and across from the AARP building.
- Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When you're ready to leave, show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
