It is located on the North side of W Mercer St. between 2nd Ave W. and 1st Ave W. You may park in any spot, except in parking spots #60-82. This is the area adjacent to the tan apartment building. This is a different lot and you will be cited and/or towed if you park there. Please use photos for reference.
