Upon arrival, scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Turn left upon entering the facility and follow that to the back of the building. You must park in the rear of the building, which is designated for airport customers.

After parking and securing your vehicle, proceed to the front lobby to obtain a parking tag. Display the tag on your dashboard before boarding the shuttle.

After retrieving your luggage, take the monorail to the P3 Station. THE SHUTTLE CAN NOT PICK UP PASSENGERS DIRECTLY AT THE TERMINAL.

Once you arrive at the P3 Station, follow the posted signage to "Hotel Shuttle Pickup Zone 1". Please note that shuttle pickup from the airport can take up to 30 minutes.

Please do not enter the lot prior to your reserved date/time, as this will result in additional fees.
