- Enter via McKee Ally off of 4th St and turn LEFT into the lot. Cross over the big yellow line in order to be parked in the correct lot. It is directly west of the Ebb & Float building (reference photos). This lot is operated by Park Place (NOT SP+/parking.com).
- Park at your own risk.
- Please make sure you are using the correct pay box, it is located on the north side of the lot.
- You may only park in the lot north of Mckee Alley.

Enter this location at 240 N 4th St. This is Lot 17, operated by Park Place. It is located on the east side of 4th St. next to (south of) the Firehouse Museum. Enter at Mckee Alley, located on the east side of 4th St between Spring St. and Chestnut St. You may only park in the lot north of Mckee Alley. Please enter from 252 N 5th Street or from Mckee Alley, but be sure to only park in the yellow lined spaces. The white lined spaces are operated by a different entity.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- Do not re-enter your license plate number onsite. We've got you covered!
- Simply leave when you're ready to go!
