- During busy times you may be asked to leave your key with the parking attendant.
- Height Restriction: 6' 8"
- If the ‘Lot Full’ sign is out, customers with reservations still have a guaranteed space in the garage.
- Please Note: The garage is open Monday-Friday 6am-9pm. If you are entering or exiting the facility outside of these hours, you will need to scan your QR code at the scanner outside of the building.
- Standard sized vehicles only. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, midsize and large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans.
- This location may have adjusted hours or staffing on federal holidays. While we do our best to keep customers informed of changes in facility operations, if you are parking on a federal holiday, please confirm the operational hours with the facility.

Enter this location at 2440 M St. NW. This is the 2440 M St. NW garage, operated by Colonial Parking. It is located on the south/left-hand side of M St. NW (a one-way street) between 24th St. NW and 25th St. NW.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
