Enter this location at 24 E St. NW. This is the entrance address for the Hall of The States garage, operated by Colonial Parking. It is located on the South side of E St. NW between North Capitol St. NW and New Jersey Ave. NE. The entrance is at the 'Hall of The States' sign in silver lettering.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
