- Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate extended cab pickup trucks, large passenger vans, and large SUVs (Suburban, Escalade, etc).
- Height Restriction: 6' 8"
- If you encounter a "Garage Full" sign upon arrival, please disregard and continue into the garage. This does not apply to online customers!
- Pedestrian access is available on the north side of Erie St., between Franklin and LaSalle, just before you reach the alley. There will be a sign above the entrance reading "Parking". Please scan the barcode on your parking pass to gain entry. If you are having any issues accessing this door, there is a second entrance to the facility if needed. Two doors down is the Flair Tower Apartment Lobby. Speak with the Door Staff for an alternate way into the garage.
- Please wait 5 minutes after purchase before entering the parking facility. If you are updating your reservation times, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect.

Enter this location at 673 N Franklin St. This is the Flair Tower garage, operated by Metropolis. It is located on the East side of N Franklin St. between Erie St. and Huron St. The entrance is located in the alley just south of The Franklin Room. This garage is also referred to as the "222 W. Erie St." garage.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.
- Simply leave when you are ready to go! The gate will automatically open.
