- Game Day Traffic Advisory: Clark Street and nearby streets may be restricted approximately 2 hours before Cubs first pitch through roughly 2 hours after the game begins. During this time, Seminary or Newport alley access is recommended for entry and exit.
- Height Restriction: 6' 4"
- If for any reason your parking spot is occupied, contact 312-796-9675 via text and we will ensure the vehicle is promptly towed.
- License plate on reservation MUST be completely accurate to avoid being towed. Please do not add state abbreviations to the plate number as it may not appear in the system and will appear invalid. Also, overstaying reservations without extending may result in the vehicle being towed at the customer's expense.
- Minivans, large SUVs, and Suburbans are accepted here. Please park within the yellow gridlines to prevent a tow.
- Please make sure you are parking in the correct spot. If you park across the way, you could be ticketed and or towed from this facility. Please reference the photos.
- SpotHero and local parking provider are not responsible for theft, damage to your vehicle, or personal property. Please keep vehicle locked and do not leave valuables in your car.
- Spots have full snow removal service whenever snow accumulation is greater than 2".
- Start and end times are strictly enforced because of back-to-back reservations, especially on weekends. NO exceptions.

OPTION 1 — SEMINARY AVENUE
Best for Cubs home games, Wrigley Field concerts, and major events.
GPS: 3466 N Seminary Ave., Chicago, IL 60657
• Travel North on N Seminary Ave. toward W Cornelia Ave.
• At 3466 N Seminary Ave., turn right into the alley.
• Continue East through the alley, passing the garbage and recycling bins.
• The first paved parking lot on your left is the correct lot.
OPTION 2 — NEWPORT AVENUE
Also recommended for Cubs home games, Wrigley Field concerts, and major events.
GPS: 1044 W Newport Ave., Chicago, IL 60657
• Look for the orange building at 1044 W Newport Ave.
• Enter the alley immediately after the orange building.
• Continue until reaching the T-intersection.
• Turn left.
• The second paved parking lot on your right is the correct lot.
OPTION 3 — CLARK / CORNELIA ACCESS
Best during non-Cubs home game and non-concert periods
GPS: 1059 W Cornelia Ave., Chicago, IL 60657
• From N Clark St., turn onto W Cornelia Ave.
• Look for Roadhouse 66 Grill.
• Turn into the alley immediately after Roadhouse 66.
• Continue through the alley.
• Turn right before reaching W Newport Ave.
• The parking lot will be on your right.
HOW TO IDENTIFY THE CORRECT PARKING LOT
The parking lot is located behind 1059 W Cornelia Ave. and can be identified by:
• Large blue SpotHero sign reading “1059 W Cornelia Ave.”
• Dark cordovan/chocolate-brown rear staircase and deck
• Six marked parking spaces arranged as three tandem pairs
• Three marked parking columns: 1/2, 3/4 and 5/6
Guests should park only in the tandem pair specified on their SpotHero reservation.
PARKING POSITION / ALLEY CLEARANCE
To best protect your vehicle and maximize available space, please avoid parking at the rear/bottom edge of your tandem spaces. We strongly recommend pulling as far forward as possible or positioning your vehicle near the midpoint of the two tandem spaces. This provides greater clearance for vehicles maneuvering through the shared alley and neighboring parking areas.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
You are entitled to both parking spaces, Spots 3 and 4 (maximum one vehicle). We strongly encourage you to park all the way to the front (Spot 3) or halfway between Spots 3 and 4.
Leaving your car only in Spot 4 may risk damage from cars and city sanitation trucks passing or turning in the alley and/or vehicles parking across the alley at 1044 W Newport Ave.

Please note that this location remains accessible during game-day street closures. Contact management for additional directions or assistance accessing the lot.

If you are headed to Wrigley Field or Wrigley bars and restaurants, the quickest way to get there is to walk on the pathway to the left of Spots 5 and 6 straight to Cornelia Ave.
