- Any vehicle using more than one parking space would be charged at the operator's discretion.
- Customers are suggested to Pre-check their reservation by texting their parking confirmation to our company line (216) 905-3680 as soon as they receive it, but at least 1 hour before arriving at the parking lot.
- Please note: While this location offers overnight parking, you may ONLY park and access your vehicle between the hours of 4 a.m. and 1 a.m. 7 days a week. A $20 fee is applicable if you pick up your vehicle outside the normal hours of operation.
- The last shuttle pickup from the airport Is 12:00am. There will be an attendant at the parking lot from 12:00am to 1:00am to grant access to lot for customers returning between 12:00am and 1:00am. You will have to secure your own transportation to the parking lot between 12am and 1am.
- The shuttle to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport departs every half hour at 10 and 40 minutes past the hour.
- This lot has implemented a $25.00 fee for customers that arrive to the facility with more than (3) passengers. This fee is paid directly to the operator.

Enter this location on West 150th Street. Enter this location at 4226 W 150th St. This is the 2 Birds Shuttle & Detail lot. It is located on the East side of W 150th St. between W 154th and Terminal Street.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- Arrive at the gate. An attendant will instruct you where to park, help with luggage, and provide return instructions.
- You may board the shuttle to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE).
- When you return to CLE, proceed to the baggage claim, where you can access the return shuttle. Call 216-905-3680 to request the return shuttle.
- When you return to the facility, you may be asked to show your SpotHero confirmation to the onsite attendant. You may show your parking pass either printed or on your mobile device.
- You are free to go!
