Enter this garage at 1115 S Wells St. This is the Roosevelt Collection Garage, operated by One Parking. This entrance is located on S Wells St, south of 9th Street. The overhead door is marked with a blue and white ‘Parking’ sign and will open automatically when you begin to pull in. Please note: parking is only valid for the garage and NOT the plaza.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate.
- When exiting, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to exit the facility using the scanner.
