It is located on the west side of Inner Belt Rd. between Washington St. and New Washington St. Please park in the row that runs inside the lot along Washington St. The area is marked with three Downtime Parking 12x18 inch signs on white posts. **PLEASE park as close to these signs as possible.**
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- You may only park in the area marked with Downtime Parking signs on white posts.
- Simply leave when you're ready to go!
