When you arrive at the hotel, please see the attendant at the front desk and present your SpotHero reservation.

You will then be directed to where you will park and meet the shuttle.

Shuttle service is Monday through Sunday from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM. It leaves the hotel every :30 mins top and bottom of the hour. And we pick up at the airport every :15 and :45 mins of the hour. Last pick up at the airport is 10:45PM.

After you collect your baggage upon arrival at IAD, please proceed to the shuttle pickup area located outside of the baggage claim.

Call the hotel at 703-471-8300 to request shuttle pickup and the hotel staff will confirm your pickup location.

When you arrive back at the Best Western, simply leave when you are ready to go!
