- For 24 hour and multi-day reservations, vehicles may only be accessed during hours of operation. If you need to retrieve your vehicle outside of these hours, you may call the after hours number (202-965-2083) for a $50 fee.

- If you purchased the $200 2-week rate, you may only enter and exit within garage hours. If after hours access is needed, you may purchase this at the garage for $25.
- If you purchased the $200 2-week rate, you must print this parking pass and display it visibly on your dashboard.

- This facility may become valet assist if the garage reaches capacity.
- This garage does not have elevator or building access for security purposes. You will need to walk up the ramp to exit the garage.

Enter this location on New Hampshire Avenue Northwest. Enter this location at 1519 New Hampshire Ave NW. You will need to exit Dupont Circle immediately on to New Hampshire Ave NW. The entrance will be on the right side of New Hampshire Ave NW across from the Dupont Circle Hotel. This is a Metropolis facility located near the intersection of Q St. and New Hampshire Ave NW.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.
Important: To ensure a smooth parking experience, all customers must present the SpotHero parking pass upon arrival. The SpotHero pass is required to verify your reservation with the parking attendant.
