Attendant is on a shuttle run. Wait in your vehicle, back in 10–15 min. Show your SpotHero pass (QR on your phone) to the attendant. You're checked in.

You'll get an SMS digital check-in — use that to retrieve your car later. No paper ticket needed.

Hand over your keys, load the shuttle, and we'll drop you at Door 5 at Midway.

When you land & are ready for the shuttle Just open the same check-in link we texted you. Grab your luggage and head to Door 5 (next to baggage claim 8). Tap "Request Airport Shuttle" — track it live on the map. Shuttle arrives in 10–15 min. Wait at the Door 5 curb; the driver will text you when they arrive. Board the shuttle — we'll take you back to the lot.

Back at the lot SpotHero covered your reservation — drive off, you're done.
