- OVERSIZE NOTICE: Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for large SUVs, Minivans, Pick-up trucks, and any vehicle between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit. (This also includes Teslas regardless of size)
- Please note entering or exiting outside of the reserved time parameters will result in additional costs at garage board rates and you will have to pay these directly to the parking company before retrieving your vehicle.

Enter this location on Perry Street. Enter this location at 100 Perry St. This is the valet garage, operated by Impark. It is located on the South/R-hand side of STREET St. (a one-way street) between Hudson St. and Bleecker St.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
