- From 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), the shuttle service operates on a half-hourly basis. There is no need to call to request service during this time. For airport pickup, simply wait on the departures level, center island at the hotel shuttles sign. Look for the black shuttle marked with Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront/Burlingame Airport Parking. Shuttle service is currently not available between Midnight and 4 AM.
- From the airport, each terminal has a pick-up location for the shuttle. The shuttle runs on a 30 minutes continuous loop between the hours of 4:00 am and Midnight. There is no need to call for a pickup. Follow the signage in the airport terminal directing you to the Hotel Shuttle pick up location (Departure Level, Center Island, Hotel Courtesy Booth). Look for a large black vehicle with Hilton San Francisco Bayfront and Burlingame Airport Parking logo on its side.

Enter this location at 620 Airport Blvd. This is the parking lot for the Hilton San Francisco Airport Hotel, and it is operated by Burlingame Airport Parking. It is located on the north side of Airport Blvd. between Bay View Pl. and Anza Blvd. The entrance is marked by a blue and white 'Airport Parking' sign with red lettering.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
Please Note: For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved" and proceed to wait in the lot to board the shuttle to San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
