Standard

When you arrive, show your SpotHero parking pass to the attendant at the front desk of the hotel, who will verify your reservation and direct you where to park.

Proceed UP the ramp and park in any Non-Reserved space on levels B through D.

Once parked, board the shuttle. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes daily from 4:30 am - Midnight. 
The last shuttle departs the hotel at 11:30 PM 7 days a week.

Due to the construction at the airport, the shuttle will only do pick ups only at Terminal A, underneath the hotel shuttle sign or at departures, in front of American or Delta check in (upper level). 

Simply leave when you're ready to go!

Upon reaching the garage, pull a ticket to activate the gate arm. Please park on GARAGE LEVEL 3 (G3). Make sure to hold on to your ticket, you must have the ticket in order to exit the garage!

Use the elevator to the lobby level (L), Wait for our complimentary airport shuttle, the shuttle runs every 30 minutes between 5:05 am-11:05 pm, Enjoy the shuttle to the airport, and have a safe and happy flight.

Once you have collected your baggage, please proceed to the arrival exit at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 at Doors 4 and 7. Look for the Renaissance - Residence Inn (Arlington Capital View Hotel) Shuttle. Wait time could be up to 30 minutes. (5:15 AM-11:15 PM) 

After returning, take the ticket you pulled on arrival, along with your SpotHero parking pass, to the valet stand or the hotel front desk to be validated.

Use your validated ticket to exit the garage. The gate will lift and you are free to go!

Renaissance Arlington - Covered Self Park

Pull a ticket when you enter the facility. 

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

You will then follow the signs towards the lobby to board the shuttle. If you have any questions, go to the front desk. PLEASE NOTE: The shuttle operates Monday to Sunday from 5 AM to 11 PM.

Upon your return to DCA follow the signs outside of Baggage Claim to the boarding area for the shuttle. 

Visit the hotel’s front desk prior to returning to the vehicle to present the entry ticket and SpotHero confirmation (digital or paper accepted) to obtain exit validation.

Simply leave when you're ready to go. 
 

AC Hotel Arlington National Landing - Covered Self Park

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Take the complimentary shuttle to the airport. The shuttle departs every 30 minutes from 5am - 12am daily. Enjoy the shuttle to the airport, and have a safe and happy flight!

When returning from your trip, catch the shuttle back to the hotel outside baggage claim at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, door 4.

Before returning to your car, show your SpotHero confirmation at the valet podium on the front drive. Your ticket will be validated to allow you to exit the garage.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Gather your luggage and head to the shuttle pickup area. The shuttle will take you to the airport.

When you return to DCA, collect your luggage first and call 703-416-1600 to&nbsp;schedule a shuttle pickup.&nbsp;
