Cumberland Blue Line - Covered Self Park

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass and you are parking within your pre-set reservation times. Failure to do so will result in your vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.

From Higgins Rd, please make sure to stay right at entry, and take the driveway to the back lot (bordering Kennedy Expressway). Scan your QR code, located on your SpotHero parking pass, and the gate will open.

You MUST park in one of the spaces outlined in blue paint. Please reference the attached photos to ensure you are parked in the correct area. 
Note: If the spaces are occupied, you are permitted to park in the spots directly north of the blue SpotHero stalls. 

If you are traveling to O'Hare International Airport (ORD), you can access the Cumberland Blue Line walkway on the south side of the lot. 

Park & Ride Lot - Uncovered Self Park

The facility has a shuttle available to nearby destinations, like an airport.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Before boarding the shuttle, go to the hotel front desk and show the hotel staff member your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

Proceed to board the shuttle to O'Hare International Airport (ORD). 

When you return to ORD, catch the shuttle back to the hotel from the Hotel, Bus &amp; Shuttle Center, which is marked with a red sign. If you are arriving from an international flight, call the hotel at (773) 693-4444 to request a shuttle upon return. The Marriott shuttle will pick you up at terminal door 5E. Be prepared to show your SpotHero parking pass to the shuttle driver. 

When you return to the hotel, go to the front desk and show the hotel staff member your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on your mobile device.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. The gate will open, and you're free to go!

Chicago Marriott O'Hare - Uncovered Self Park

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Pull a ticket to enter the garage and proceed to the 7th floor or higher. Park in any spot that doesn't say 'Reserved' (note what numbered stall you parked in).

Immediately after parking, go to the hotel front desk and show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, either printed or on your mobile device, and provide the number of the stall you parked in.

After you have checked in with the attendant, head towards the airport shuttle. The airport shuttle runs 24/7 between the airport and hotel every 15 minutes.

When exiting the Loews garage, insert the ticket you pulled upon entry into the gate. Then, insert the validated voucher you received at the front desk. The gate will open and you're free to go!

Loews Chicago O'Hare - Covered Self Park

A charge provided to the garage operator that includes all anticipated applicable taxes related to the provision of the garage operator's parking spot.

Upon arrival, enter off of River Road, park in the 15-minute area in front of the hotel to unload luggage and visit the hotel front desk in the main lobby for your parking information. The front desk will validate your reservation and provide you with a parking tag and a parking pass. 

Once you have these items, please take your car to the back parking lot prior to taking the hotel shuttle. You will have to pull a ticket to enter the lot.  Please note: the parking tag provided by the front desk will need to display on your windshield. If the tag is not displayed or if you are not parked in the back lot, your car will be towed. 

Hotel Shuttle Runs from 5 am till 10pm. Shuttle leaves hotel on the top of the hour and half past the hour.
Depending on weather and traffic condition, the shuttle arrives at the O’Hare airport in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Hotel Shuttle Runs from 5 am till 10pm. The last pickup from the O’Hare airport is at 10pm. The shuttle pickup location for all flights is at the Terminal 2, Lower level, Door 2C.

From International Terminal please take O’Hare Airport Transit System (ATS) train Terminal #2, Lower Level, Door 2 C. Shuttle runs on schedule, twice per hour and there is no need to call hotel to schedule a pickup. The pickup time is typically at :20 minutes past the hour, unless there is a delay caused by weather and/or traffic conditions.
