Upon arrival, enter off of River Road, park in the 15-minute area in front of the hotel to unload luggage and visit the hotel front desk in the main lobby for your parking information. The front desk will validate your reservation and provide you with a parking tag and a parking pass. 

Once you have these items, please take your car to the back parking lot prior to taking the hotel shuttle. You will have to pull a ticket to enter the lot.  Please note: the parking tag provided by the front desk will need to display on your windshield. If the tag is not displayed or if you are not parked in the back lot, your car will be towed. 

Hotel Shuttle Runs from 5 am till 10pm. Shuttle leaves hotel on the top of the hour and half past the hour.
Depending on weather and traffic condition, the shuttle arrives at the O’Hare airport in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Hotel Shuttle Runs from 5 am till 10pm. The last pickup from the O’Hare airport is at 10pm. The shuttle pickup location for all flights is at the Terminal 2, Lower level, Door 2C.

From International Terminal please take O’Hare Airport Transit System (ATS) train Terminal #2, Lower Level, Door 2 C. Shuttle runs on schedule, twice per hour and there is no need to call hotel to schedule a pickup. The pickup time is typically at :20 minutes past the hour, unless there is a delay caused by weather and/or traffic conditions. When you return to the hotel, go to the hotel front desk and show the staff member your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.
The attendant will validate your ticket and you're free to go! 

Crowne Plaza O'Hare - Uncovered Self Park

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Gather your luggage and head to the hotel entrance to board the shuttle. The shuttle runs 24/7.

All hotel shuttle pickups at ORD are located on the LOWER LEVEL of Terminal 2. Once you arrive at the lower level of terminal 2, our pickup zone is at Vestibule 2E. Please give us a call once you arrive at 847-260-4770 as we pick up only upon request. It is 24/7 departing every 30 minutes.  To reach the pickup spot from terminal 5, you will need to take the airport train over to terminal 2 and make your way downstairs.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. The gate will open and you're free to go!

The Rose Hotel - Uncovered Self Park

When exiting, scan the ticket where it says "scan ticket below", then scan your SpotHero QR code at the same spot.

Rosemont Blue Line - Uncovered Self Park

3 Day Minimum Reservation

You must park in a valid parking spot. Failing to do so, may result on your vehicle being towed, at your own expense.

Before you head to the airport, visit the hotel front desk and show the staff member your SpotHero reservation, either printed or on a mobile device. You may then proceed to board the shuttle to O'Hare International Airport (ORD).

When you return to ORD, follow the signs from baggage claim towards the hallway that leads to the CTA. Go to the Hotel, Bus &amp; Shuttle Center, which is marked with a red sign, to access the return shuttle. Shuttle can only pick up at Terminal 2, Door 2C (Lowest Level.) Shuttle pick up is on a continuous rotation, not on call.

When you return to the hotel, you can go directly to your vehicle and scan the QR code you used to enter, to exit the lot.

Chicago Marriott Suites O'Hare - Uncovered Self Park

When you are ready to head to the airport, you may use the hotel shuttle between 5am - 11pm.If outside of operation hours, you will need to call for a rideshare or taxi.

Westin O'Hare - Uncovered Self Park

Before boarding the shuttle, go to the hotel front desk and show the hotel staff member your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

Proceed to board the shuttle to O'Hare International Airport (ORD). 

When you return to ORD, catch the shuttle back to the hotel from the Hotel, Bus &amp; Shuttle Center, which is marked with a red sign. If you are arriving from an international flight, call the hotel at (773) 693-4444 to request a shuttle upon return. The Marriott shuttle will pick you up at terminal door 5E. Be prepared to show your SpotHero parking pass to the shuttle driver. 

When you return to the hotel, go to the front desk and show the hotel staff member your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on your mobile device.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. The gate will open, and you're free to go!
