The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Go to the shuttle area to be picked up and taken to the airport.

When you return to LAX, please call (310) 642-1111 to arrange a return shuttle pickup.

Show the valet the ticket you received upon entry as well as your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on a mobile device, The valet will retrieve your car, and you're free to go!

Sheraton Gateway Hotel LAX - Uncovered Valet

Users may park their own vehicles at this facility.

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Scan the QR code located on your SpotHero parking pass. Please do not swipe a credit card to enter the facility, instead please scan your reservation. Upon entry, scan your reservation from your confirmation email and follow the on-screen instructions.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Upon Return - In compliance with airport regulations, pick-up for Joe's Airport Parking guests is on the upper level (departures). Please head upstairs to the red sign for Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttles located outside of Ticketing. Text "shuttle" to (310) 651-7178 for airport pickup.

When you're ready to leave, scan your QR code to exit the facility.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Joe's Airport Parking - LAX - Uncovered Rooftop Self Park

Scan the QR code located on your SpotHero parking pass. 

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved", and then proceed to board the shuttle.

In compliance with airport regulations, pick-up for Joe's Airport Parking guests is on the upper level (departures). Please head upstairs to the red sign for Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttles located outside of Ticketing. Text "shuttle" to (310) 651-7178 for airport pickup.

When you're ready to leave, scan your QR code to exit the facility. 

Joe's Airport Parking - Covered Self Park Garage

Any 48 Hours

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The airport shuttle is located on the front drive of the hotel.
PLEASE NOTE: If this is a self-park/valet assist reservation, please show the valet attendant your reservation.  After doing so, park your vehicle in any "non-reserved" parking spot and head over to the shuttle bus. 

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit. Please allow an additional 30 minutes to park your vehicle and for the short shuttle bus ride to your departure terminal.   

When you return to LAX and pick up your luggage, please leave the baggage claim, turn right, and look for the red sign that reads 'Hotel Shuttles'. Look for a light blue shuttle that reads 'Servicing Crowne Plaza LAX and Spectrum Parking.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket, and your car will be retrieved.
PLEASE NOTE: If this is a self-park/valet assist reservation you may be asked to show the attendant on duty your reservation. Once you are ready to go, you may simply leave! 

Sonesta LAX - Uncovered Valet

Any 24 Hours

Please do not swipe a credit card to enter the facility, instead please scan your reservation.
Upon entry, scan your reservation from your confirmation email and follow the on-screen instructions.

Proceed to find parking on the rooftop and park anywhere that is not marked as "reserved".

Take the elevator down to level 1 and follow the signs to the shuttle service waiting area on the west side of the parking garage.
Board the shuttle and head to the airport.

Upon your return to LAX - In compliance with airport regulations, pick-up for Airport Center Parking guests is on the upper level (departures). Please head upstairs to the red sign for Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttles located outside of Ticketing. Text "shuttle" to (310) 439-5277 for airport pickup.

When you return to the garage, simply leave when you are ready to go!

Airport Center LAX - Uncovered Rooftop Self Park

Please do not swipe a credit card to enter the facility, instead please scan your reservation.  
 
Upon entry, scan your reservation from your confirmation email and follow the on-screen instructions.

Proceed to find parking on levels 4 and above. Take the elevator down to level 1 and follow the signs to the shuttle service waiting area on the west side of the parking garage. Garage clearance is 6' 6". Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking garage during peak periods.

Upon Return - In compliance with airport regulations, pick-up for Airport Center Parking guests is on the upper level (departures).  Please head upstairs to the red sign for Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttles located outside of Ticketing.  Text "shuttle" to (310) 439-5277 for airport pickup.

On exit, scan your reservation again and follow on-screen instructions. If you have stayed past your reservation end date/time, you will be required to pay the additional balance during check out at the posted rate(s) listed at the lot. There are no in-and-out privileges. Every time you enter the facility you will start a new stay.

Similar to how a hotel reservation works, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your SpotHero reservation, and you can depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation.

For example, if your reservation goes from 8 am to 8 pm, you can enter any time after 8 am, and must leave anytime before 8 pm. Please be aware that any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to a ticket, tow, or an additional charge (at the drive-up rate) from the parking facility.
