Upon arrival, pull a ticket to enter the garage. You MUST have this ticket in order to exit.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Proceed to the shuttle pickup area. Shuttle leaves approximately every 10 minutes.

Upon arriving back to LAX, collect your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area outside of baggage claim.

You must visit the cashier at the garage and present your SpotHero parking pass and the ticket you pulled to enter. You will be given a validation ticket to insert at the exit gate. DO NOT insert your credit card on-site to exit, as the garage will not issue refunds.

&nbsp;Simply leave when you're ready to go!

QuikPark LAX - Covered Self Park

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Scan the QR code located on your SpotHero parking pass. 

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved", and then proceed to board the shuttle.

In compliance with airport regulations, pick-up for Joe's Airport Parking guests is on the upper level (departures). Please head upstairs to the red sign for Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttles located outside of Ticketing. Text "shuttle" to (310) 651-7178 for airport pickup.

When you're ready to leave, scan your QR code to exit the facility. 

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Joe's Airport Parking - Covered Self Park Garage

Scan the QR code located on your SpotHero parking pass. Please do not swipe a credit card to enter the facility, instead please scan your reservation. Upon entry, scan your reservation from your confirmation email and follow the on-screen instructions.

Upon Return - In compliance with airport regulations, pick-up for Joe's Airport Parking guests is on the upper level (departures). Please head upstairs to the red sign for Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttles located outside of Ticketing. Text "shuttle" to (310) 651-7178 for airport pickup.

When you're ready to leave, scan your QR code to exit the facility.

Joe's Airport Parking - LAX - Uncovered Rooftop Self Park

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Go to the shuttle area to be picked up and taken to the airport.

When you return to LAX, please call (310) 642-1111 to arrange a return shuttle pickup.

Show the valet the ticket you received upon entry as well as your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on a mobile device, The valet will retrieve your car, and you're free to go!

Sheraton Gateway Hotel LAX - Uncovered Valet

Any 48 Hours

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The airport shuttle is located on the front drive of the hotel.
PLEASE NOTE: If this is a self-park/valet assist reservation, please show the valet attendant your reservation.  After doing so, park your vehicle in any "non-reserved" parking spot and head over to the shuttle bus. 

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit. Please allow an additional 30 minutes to park your vehicle and for the short shuttle bus ride to your departure terminal.   

When you return to LAX and pick up your luggage, please leave the baggage claim, turn right, and look for the red sign that reads 'Hotel Shuttles'. Look for a light blue shuttle that reads 'Servicing Crowne Plaza LAX and Spectrum Parking.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket, and your car will be retrieved.
PLEASE NOTE: If this is a self-park/valet assist reservation you may be asked to show the attendant on duty your reservation. Once you are ready to go, you may simply leave! 

Sonesta LAX - Uncovered Valet

Follow the entry directions to the rooftop for uncovered parking

Proceed to the Shuttle Pickup Area and board the shuttle to LAX.

When you arrive home, proceed to the upper level at LAX (Departures). Please wait next to the red pylon/sign that says "Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttle.” Look for The Parking Spot shuttle with the Red "Sepulveda" sign.
If you land between the hours of 7 PM and 9 AM, please call us for pick-up at (310) 846-4747.

The shuttle will bring you back to the Shuttle Pickup Area. From there, proceed to your vehicle and follow the signs to the exit.

While SpotHero does not own or operate any of these locations, we do work very closely with the operators we partner with to ensure you have a seamless parking experience every time you park!

Similar to how a hotel reservation works, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your SpotHero reservation, and you can depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation.

For example, if your reservation goes from 8 am to 8 pm, you can enter any time after 8 am, and must leave anytime before 8 pm. Please be aware that any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to a ticket, tow, or an additional charge (at the drive-up rate) from the parking facility.
