If you have trouble finding a space, please proceed to the Parking Attendant and let them know that you have a SpotHero reservation and they will find you a spot.

When ready to leave please proceed to any exit gate to scan the QR code on your SpotHero Reservation in the scanner on the exit device. If you have any issues, see the cashier. In the event the cashier has stepped away, please press the call assistance button.
