• If you see a lot full sign outside, please proceed down the ramp and inform the attendant that you have a SpotHero reservation.
• Please note that access to the elevators/buildings requires use of the intercom Mon-Fri nights (5pm - 6:30am) and Sat/Sun all day.
• Please note: you must enter and exit per reservation. If you book a new reservation while still in the garage, you will need to exit on the current one and re-enter on the new one.
• Please reference the photos on your parking pass to ensure you enter the correct garage. This reservation is ONLY good for this garage, which is operated by Park America. Your SpotHero reservation will NOT be accepted at the LAZ parking garage located across the street.
• There is limited cell service once inside the garage. If using a mobile pass, make sure to load your parking pass before entering.
• This location doesn't storage cars for more than 3 days (72 Hrs.) without management approval. See attendant if reservation exceeds 3 days.
• This location may have adjusted hours or staffing on federal holidays. While we do our best to keep customers informed of changes in facility operations, if you are parking on a federal holiday, please confirm the operational hours with the facility.
