This is a One Parking facility located at the corner of I (eye) and 13th Streets NW, on the west side of 13th St NW directly next to the Wells Fargo and across the street from Blick Art Materials. This garage serves the 1300 I St NW building and is also called the "Franklin Square Garage".

- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
