• Additionally, you may be asked to pay more on-site if you arrive or stay outside your designated reservation time window.
• Customers purchasing the Early Bird commuter rate must be parked by 10 AM or you will be subject to the all-day rate of the facility.
• Elevator lobbies are accessible 7a-6:30p (M-F). If parking or retrieving a vehicle outside of the elevator lobby access hours, please walk the facility ramp with caution.
• Height Restriction: 7' 6"
• If you are retrieving your vehicles after hours, you will need to scan your reservation at the transient kiosk (outside of the garage to the right of the garage door) to open the overhead door.
• If you are trying to park after hours, you may do so by scanning your reservation on the after-hours drive-up kiosk (outside of the garage on the left side of the driveway) to open the garage door. Once in the garage, proceed down the entry ramp and scan your reservation a second time at the entry kiosk to open the gate arm.
• Please note: This facility is available 24/7 and is self-park at all times.
• The $13.00 online special only applies to reservations made to enter between 6:00 AM-10:00 AM. Please do not enter outside of these times or you will be subject to pay the price difference on-site.
