Enter this location via alley on E St. NW. This is the entrance address for the 20 F Street garage, operated by SP +. Enter the alley on the NE side of E St. NW between 1st St. NW and N Capital St. NW. just west of the Kimpton George Hotel. The entrance is marked with a white 'Park' sign marked with red lettering. Proceed north down the alley and the garage entrance will be on the right-hand side. Please reference photos.
- Pull a ticket to enter the garage. You must keep this ticket in order to exit.
- Show the attendant your SpotHero parking pass upon entry, either printed or on a mobile device. You will be given a validation ticket to also use at the exit; please keep this.
You may park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".
Important: To ensure a smooth parking experience, all customers must present the SpotHero parking pass upon arrival. The SpotHero pass is required to verify your reservation with the parking attendant.
- When ready to leave, you will use the building's main lobby to get to the garage via security assistance. If you have any issues, call (202) 965-2083 and someone will open the garage overhead door remotely.
- At the exit gate, first insert the validation ticket that was given to you, followed by inserting the ticket you pulled at entry.
- The gate will lift and you are free to go!
