Enter this location at 305 E 40th St. This valet garage is operated by iPark. It is located on the left-hand side of E 40th St. (a one-way street) between 2nd Ave. and 1st Ave. Please consult our photos, as there are multiple Icon facilities on this block. Please reference the photos.

- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
