- Vehicle Restrictions Vans are not allowed. Trucks are not allowed. Teslas are not allowed at this facility. Note: Tesla vehicles are also restricted from purchasing a monthly spot at this location.
- During peak times, parking may require a few extra minutes for the garage staff to maneuver vehicles to make space. If you encounter a cone blocking the entrance, please honk your horn and an attendant will be with you shortly.
- Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit.
- Height Restriction: 6' 5"
- If you arrive while the gates are down (11 pm - 5 am), please use the call button at the entrance to notify the attendant.
- Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles, with the exception of Teslas, will not be accepted at this location.

Enter this location at 315 E 40th St. This valet garage is operated by iPark. It is located on the left-hand side of 40th St. (a one-way street) between 2nd Ave. and 1st Ave. Look for a white sign with red letters that says "PARK". This location is the second garage on the left-hand side of the street.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
