• In the event of a shuttle mechanical issue or traffic-related delay, the lot is not responsible for reimbursing the cost of alternate transportation.
• Customers must enter after the reservation start time and leave before the reservation exit time to avoid additional on-site charges.
• Estimated oversize fee of $5 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”.
• If you are parking a large van, truck, or SUV, there will be an additional oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $15/day if you paid a standard oversize fee with your SpotHero reservation, or $25/day if you did not.
• If you need to stay longer than your reservation period, the reservation cannot be extended and you will be required to pay the regular rate for any additional hours or days.
• If you overstay your reservation, you will be charged the board rates for the additional time. We are not responsible for cancelled or delayed flights.
• In the event of mechanical emergencies with the shuttle or delays due to traffic, the lot does not reimburse cost of alternate transportation.
• Online reservations are not eligible for hotel guests.
