• Customers must enter after the reservation start time and leave before the reservation exit time to avoid additional on-site charges.

• If you are parking a large SUV, there will be an additional oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $5/day if you paid a standard oversize fee with your SpotHero reservation, or $10/day if you did not.
• If you overstay your reservation, you will be charged the board rates for the additional time. We are not responsible for cancelled or delayed flights.
• In the event of mechanical emergencies with the shuttle or delays due to traffic, the lot does not reimburse cost of alternate transportation.
• Reservation extensions are not allowed. Customers overstaying their booking will be charged the difference on site.
