- Parking in this garage is limited to visitors, employees, residents and guests of Water Tower Place.
- Pedestrian Access: You can enter off of Pearson or Chestnut (walking east) through the concourse doors. You can also, during the day, enter through the main mall entrance off of Michigan Ave.
- Please Note: Water Tower Place offers an Evening Special that allows 5 hours of parking for $15 with validation. $10 minimum purchase is required. Please visit the garage office on Level 1B to obtain validation during mall hours. SpotHero cannot offer the Evening Special rate. If you wish to utilize this rate, please call SpotHero for a refund BEFORE you enter the garage.

Enter this location at 175 E Chestnut St. This is the Water Tower Place garage, operated by Metropolis. It is located on the south/left-hand side of E Chestnut St. (a one-way street) between Mies van der Rohe Way. and Michigan Ave. Look for the red awning and black sign stating "Water Tower Place", then follow the down ramp beneath the black sign.
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.
- Simply leave when you are ready to go! The gate will automatically open.
