- Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. If the vehicle is an extra large vehicle, such as a large SUV the oversized fee is $30. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.

Enter this location at 9 Cedar St. This is the 100 Maiden Lane garage, operated by iPark. It is located on the right-hand side of Cedar St. (a one-way street) between Pearl St. and William St.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
