- Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 181” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. If you are parking a large van, truck, or SUV, there will be a super oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $15/day if you paid a standard oversize fee with your SpotHero reservation, or $30/day if you did not.

Enter this location at 35 Platt St. This is the 72 John Street garage operated by iPark. It is located on the left-hand side of Platt St. (a one-way street) between Gold St. and William St. Once you turn onto Platt St. from William St., this will be the first garage on the left-hand side.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
