- During peak times, parking may require a few extra minutes for the garage staff to maneuver vehicles to make space. If you encounter a cone blocking the entrance, please honk your horn and an attendant will be with you shortly.
- Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. If you are parking a large van, truck, or SUV, there will be an additional oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $15/day if you paid a standard oversize fee with your SpotHero reservation, or $30/day if you did not.
- Height Restriction: 7' 0"
- If there is an attendant or cones in front of the entrance, please proceed to enter and tell the attendant you have a SpotHero reservation.
- Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles, will not be accepted at this location. This includes Hummers of any kind.

Enter this location at 44 Elizabeth St. This garage is operated by iPark. It is located on the right-hand side of Elizabeth St. (a one-way street) between Canal St. and Hester St.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
