- OVERSIZE NOTICE: Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for any vehicle between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit. If you are parking a large van, truck, or SUV, there will be an additional oversize fee charged at the facility directly. This will be an additional $15/day if you paid a standard oversize fee with your SpotHero reservation, or $30/day if you did not.
- Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles, including Teslas, will not be accepted at this location.
- Please note that this pass is only valid during the designated time period listed. If you enter the facility prior to your scheduled start time or remain parked beyond the allowed end time, you may be subject to additional charges. For Commuter passes, these time parameters are strictly enforced. Parking outside of the permitted time window, whether early arrival or late departure, may result in fees charged by the facility. Enter this location at 106 Mott St. This valet garage is operated by iPark. It is located on the east/left-hand side of Mott St. (a southbound one-way street) between Hester St. and Canal St. Look for the grey vertical "PARK" sign above the entrance.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
