- Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit.
- For multi-day, overnight, or 24 hour reservations, you may only access your vehicle during the hours of operation.

- Please Note: Daily reservations for exotic vehicles, will not be accepted at this location.
- Teslas are not allowed at this facility

Enter this location at 70 W 38th St. This is the 1010 6th Avenue Garage Corp. valet garage, operated by iPark. It is located on the right-hand side of W 38th St. (a one-way street) between 6th Ave. and 5th Ave. If you've reached Pauline Books and Media or Edible Arrangements, you have gone too far.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
