When you arrive at the location, visit the front desk to get your parking pass. We advise our guest to be here at least 15 minutes before their scheduled shuttle to the airport so they can get their parking pass and we can load their luggage. You will be instructed to back into your parking spot in the long term parking area at the back of the building. 

After checking in at the front desk, board the shuttle near the main entrance of the hotel. Be sure to have your parking pass handy. 

Our shuttle runs from 4 AM to midnight, but due to shift changes, the shuttle is not available at 7 AM, 3 PM, and 11 PM. The start time on your reservation is for scheduling your shuttle.

Please call 716-633-5500 to request your shuttle and the driver will meet you at the shuttle pick up area. Keep your parking pass handy. The shuttle runs approximately every 30 minutes, however, it is not available at 7a, 3p & 11p.
