Product Marketing Manager


Position Details

SpotHero is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team! The Product Marketing manager at SpotHero will immerse themself in the product organization in order to understand and be able to articulate the core value proposition and features associated with SpotHero’s individual products and overall product direction. The Product Marketing Manager will also collaborate with SpotHero’s Campaign Manager in order to plan and execute campaigns across various SpotHero Channels including PR; Trade Shows; Paid Marketing Channels; CRM; and Customer Support.

 What you will do: 

  • Build Product Marketing function in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop a Product Brief in collaboration with Product and RevenueSupply teams to guide each release, inclusive of goals, key stakeholder identification, and documentation for internal distribution.
  • Prioritize campaigns across new and emerging business opportunities with established lines of business in accordance with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Campaign manager to schedule and deploy campaigns and/or product releases at SpotHero.
  • Provide channel-specific strategic marketing ideas to support the goals and initiatives of Acquisition, Checkout, and Retention for respective product teams.
  • Partner with editorial teams to comply with the SpotHero brand voice and to advise Product Development on copy for messaging in the app + website, and in-app releases, as needed.
  • Act as liaison between Marketing Team and other stakeholders such as Product, Revenue Teams, communicating objectives, project plans, timelines, etc. 
  • Ensure compliance with SpotHero's key marketing messaging to external product partners and lead co-marketing efforts.
  • Brief customer service with release dates, documentation, and customer talking points for all releases and launches.
  • Develop "One-Pagers" and similar collateral to succinctly describe product offerings for the Sales.

What you bring: 

  • 2+ years in a communications-oriented role in a for-profit organization.
  • Demonstrable experience working with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Proven organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
  • Patient and professional resolution of conflicting interests.
