Position Details

SpotHero is on a mission to digitize the parking industry. As part of that, SpotHero has in recent years developed and launched several cutting edge pricing (or rates as we call it in parking) products. SpotHero is seeking an individual to be a SpotHero rates product expert, including the industry’s leading dynamic rates product, SpotHero IQ. In this capacity, this individual will serve as technical sales support and a subject matter expert that our sales organization can lean on in analytical and operational execution. This individual will need to be comfortable learning complex and technical products and distilling that complexity into digestible insights and actions for our Sales team and operator partners (i.e. the parking garages). The right candidate will enjoy working in areas of uncertainty, showing a dogged determination to find answers to tough questions in a data driven manner, and have comfort working with a sales organization. This role will report to our Senior Director, New and Emerging Business Lines (NEBL).

What you will do:  

Customer Success

  • Enable the Sales team to effectively manage their operators’ rates products, providing analytical insights, reporting, and optimizations
  • Drive high performance by monitoring the systems that track performance and taking corrective action against underperforming locations
  • Answer external operator questions and provide them guidance on how to effectively use and optimize their SpotHero rates

New Sales

  • Drive adoption of SpotHero’s advanced rates products, in particular SpotHero IQ, by advising the Sales team and operator partners on how they can grow revenue with the product
  • Execute the onboarding of new locations, including the technical requirements and analytical decisions required to ensure optimal performance from the onset

Product Operations

  • Drive product innovation by collaborating with Product and Engineering to ensure the requirements across the Sales organization are well reflected in the Product roadmap
  • Be a SpotHero Rates product subject matter expert, acting as the go to for questions across departments, in particular the Sales team
  • Execute operational requirements for SpotHero Rates products, including the management of rate parameters, Salesforce optimization, and operational troubleshooting
  • Develop and lead internal and external training on SpotHero Rates products
  • Provide subject matter expertise to marketing content development

Pre-Requisites

  • 2-3 years experience working in an analytical or data intensive sales enablement environment
  • Business, engineering, economics, and other technical education backgrounds preferred
  • Experience with BI (Looker), CRM (Salesforce), KM (Confluence) tools preferred
